The DC Department of General Services is issuing this request for proposals to engage a District of Columbia licensed electric supply service provider to assist the Department by providing electricity through short-term and long-term electricity supply contracts. In general, through this RFP, the Department seeks to engage a supplier to work with the Department and its energy advisor in implementing its energy policy and procurement strategy.
