The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“Department” or “DGS”), Contracts and Procurement Division, on behalf of the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS), is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to engage a Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, parts, supplies, and supervision required to repair the athletic field and resurface the track at DYRS New Beginnings Facility located at 8400 River Road, Laurel, MD 20742.
