The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“Department” or “DGS”), Contracts and Procurement Division, is issuing an Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) to engage a Contractor to provide construction services at Department of Corrections (DOC) Command Center, located 1901 D Street SE, Washington, DC 20003. The DOC Command Center is a twenty-four (24) hour operation that will evacuated during the construction period. Department of Corrections has agreed to provide a work around during the duration of the project. The General Contractor shall work with DOC, DGS, the Architect, and Security Consultant to accommodate DOC’s operation needs.
