The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("Department" or "DGS"), Contracts and Procurement Division, is issuing an Invitation for Bid ("IFB") to engage a General Contractor ("GC" or "General Contractor") to provide construction services for the installation and construction of new HVAC and fire protection (sprinkler, fire alarm, and emergency generator) systems, new lights and new ceilings at Logan Elementary School, located at 215 G Street NE, Washington, DC 20002 ("Logan").
