The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) submits this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals (“Proposal(s)”) from offerors (“Offeror(s)”) interested in contracting to serve as the construction manager (the “Construction Manager” or “Contractor”) to provide Construction Management At-Risk Services for the construction of the Hearst Park and Pool Renovation project, located at 3950 37th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20008. The purpose of this RFP is to determine which Offeror will be awarded the construction management at risk contract (“Agreement” or “Contract”) for the Project.
