The District of Columbia Department of General Services is issuing this RFP to engage a design firm to serve as the Architect/Engineer to provide a feasibility study and a full range of architectural and engineering services for the modernization of the Randall Recreation Center, located at South Capitol Street, SW and I Street, SW, Washington DC 20024.
