The District of Columbia (the “District”) Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), on behalf of the Department of Corrections (“DOC”), is issuing this Request for Proposals to solicit the services of an Architectural/Engineering firm (the “A/E”) to provide professional design services for the DC Jail Select Facilities Upgrade project (the “Project”), located at 1901 D Street, SE, Washington, DC 20003.
