The Department of General Services ("Department" or "DGS") is issuing this Request for Proposals to engage a design-builder to renovate Adelaide Davis Elementary School, located at 4430 H Street, SE, Washington, DC, to serve as a temporary swing space school for several schools. The initial occupants will be the students and faculty for Kimbell Elementary. Subsequent to the 2017/18 academic year, it is envisioned that the Davis Facility will serve as the temporary location for several schools as those schools undergo a complete modernization.
