The Department of General Services has a continuing need to provide consolidated maintenance services including the management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment to ensure the effective performance of Operations, Maintenance and Repair (OM&R) services at the Consolidated Forensic Laboratory. These services are needed while the current solicitation for Consolidated Maintenance Services at the Consolidated Forensic Laboratory is procured. The current contract will expire on June 14, 2017 and to ensure the continuity of services an additional 120 days contract extension is required. The Contractor referenced above is the only vendor who can meet the District’s minimum need without disruption of services at this time.
