The District of Columbia, Department of General Services (“Department” or “DGS”) Sustainability & Energy Division has an immediate need for continuation of services for waste hauling services on over 600 sites across the District. Currently, there are eighteen (18) large- capacity compactors pre-loaded with the PANDORA wireless platform to monitor hydraulic pressure and fullness of these units. Wireless link is by subscription-only.
The Department is awarding a contract to PragmaTECH Waste Solutions, a non-CBE firm, which developed and has proprietary over PANDORA Intelligent Network software to provide subscription compactor monitoring services.
