The District of Columbia’s Department of General Services (DGS) is seeking offers for commercial space on behalf of Child and Family Services – Office of Youth Empowerment (CFSA-OYE) that satisfies the criteria listed in this Request for Space. In addition to administrative offices, OYE requires space for individual counseling, cooking facilities and a flexible seating area for youth focused events. CFSA-OYE is moving out of the Robeson School. The effective date for Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements shall occur between June 15, 2015 and December 15, 2015.
