The District of Columbia Department of General Services is issuing this Request for Proposals to engage a contractor to provide additional upgrades to the Lincoln Theatre located at 1215 U Street, NW, Washington, DC 20009. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to perform the work called for in the drawings and specifications.
