The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("DGS" or the "Department") 1s issuing this IFB to engage a contractor ('Contractor") to provide construction services for the Expansion, Upgrade and Renovation of existing Materials Testing Laboratory of the District Department of Transportation ("DDOT" or "User Agency") located at 350 McMillan Drive NW, Washington DC ("Project"). This Project modifies the existing site to construct a new materials testing lab and office area as designed by DLR Group of DC P.C. I SORG architects.
