The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), Division of Contracts and Procurement, collectively the “District”, issues this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to engage four (4) Small Business Enterprise (“SBE”) firms to provide Hazardous Materials Abatement Services, on an on-call, as-need basis for various District of Columbia facilities containing or believed to contain hazardous waste materials regulated under the Toxic Substances Control Act or as identified by the DGS Environmental Safety and Health Office Facilities Division. All services shall be furnished to the Department in accordance with the Scope of Work Section [C] of this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”), the District of Columbia's Department of General Services Standard Contract Provisions (“SCP”) for Supplies and Services Contracts, January 2016 Exhibit J.1, and other associated Exhibits in Section [J] of this IFB.
