The District of Columbia, Department of General Services (“Department” or “DGS”) Capital Construction Division has an immediate need for Crest Management Solutions (CMS) compliance monitoring services for a total of five (5) projects designated by the District of Columbia (DC) Department of General Services (DGS). CMS has an exclusive partnership with SkillSmart, a construction compliance, reporting and tracking technology company whose InSight platform is the only comprehensive construction software solution for labor and business compliance tracking. CMS will leverage the InSight platform which provides a secure, centralized solution for collecting, tracking, and reporting business and workforce related data to articulate the economic impact of projects. The in-app dashboard features provide real-time insights into workforce participation rates and subcontractor participation and spend, which can be tracked by demographic criteria. In addition, the system configurability allows for a breadth of unique reporting options which includes First Source reporting (Ward level & City-wide level), CBE reporting (Ward level & City-wide level), subcontractor participation, as well as diversity and demographic data. Thus, CMS a District based contractor and certified by D.C. Department of Small and Local Busines (“DSLBD”) as a Small Business Enterprise (LSDZR47420102023) is uniquely qualified to assist the Department with project specific data. CMS unique service offering will aggregate the data into both, project specific and portfolio views affording DGS the ability to collect and review project within our purview.
