The Department of General Services (the "Department" or "DOS") submits this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit design-build proposals ("Proposal(s)") from offerors or bidders ("Offeror(s)") interested in contracting to serve as the design-builder ("Design-Builder") for the Jefferson Middle School Modernization, located at at 801 7th Street, SW, Washington DC (the "Project"). The purpose of this RFP is to determine which Offeror will be awarded the Design-Build contract ("Agreement" or "Contract") for the Project.
