The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), on behalf of the District Department of Parks and Recreation (“DPR”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to engage a contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (the “CMAR” or the “Contractor”) for the construction and modernization of the Congress Heights Recreation Center (the “Project”), located at 611 Alabama Avenue SE, Washington, DC 20032.
