The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), Division of Contracts and Procurement, collectively the “District”, is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to three (3) Security Agent Firms to provide Armed/Unarmed Security Guard Personnel Services Asset Classes C, D & E (Open Market) identified as follows: (i) Public Safety & Justice (C); (ii) Human Support Services (D); and (iii) Government Operations (E ).
