Design-Build Services for Randall/Langdon Pool & Pool Houses Documentation

The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("DGS" or the "Department") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to engage a Design-Builder to develop a design, and construct renovations at two existing pools and pool houses at Randall Pool, located at 25 I Street, SW, and Langdon Park Pool, located at 2860 Mills Avenue, NE, Washington, DC (the "Project"). The Department intends to award the work to one or two contractors. A more detailed narrative scope of work is in Section B of RFP and attached as Attachment 4.1 (Randall Pool) & Attachment A.2 (Langdon Park Pool).
