The project continues to progress, with vertical construction almost complete and activities such as interior flooring, cabinetry, and restroom finish installation underway. Power, gas and water have been brought to the building, and mechanical equipment startups, including rooftop units (RTUs), are underway. Across the perimeter of the site pile installation continues, in particular at areas adjacent to the CSX railroad tracks. These piles are to support the new retaining wall to be built across the south property line. Site regrading and conduit installation has also advanced in anticipation of installing electrical and data lines across the site along with installing new pavement. Public site work along W St NE is also slated to begin shortly, slated to move from West to East adjacent to the roadway.
