(The Triumph - Ward 8 Short Term Family Housing Facility)
The newly constructed Ward 8 STFH program will include fifty (50) family units, computer labs for the residents, administrative space for staff and providers, outdoor playground and recreational space, age-appropriate indoor recreation space, homework/study lounge for residents and other amenities.
The housing unit is designed towards USGBC LEED Gold Rating and will have the following Energy and Sustainability Features:
- Improved energy performance vs. baseline standard
- Onsite storm water quality control limiting offsite runoff
- Green Roof
- High Efficiency Windows
- High Efficiency HVAC
- High Efficiency Plumbing Fixtures
