The District of Columbia Department of General Services is issuing this Request for Proposals to engage a design firm to serve as the architect/engineer for Marie Reed Elementary School. Marie Reed Elementary School is located at 2201 18th Street, NW. The existing building was constructed in 1977 and consists of approximately 130,000 square feet. The Project shall be designed in such a way so as to achieve, at a minimum, LEED for Schools - Gold certification. The Department's budget for this Project is $38 million.
