The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), on behalf of the Office of Unified Communications (“OUC”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to engage a contractor (the “Contractor”) to provide construction services for the Public Safety Communications Center (“PSCC”) renovations (the “Project”), located at 310 McMillan Drive NW, Washington,DC.
