The Department of General Services, on behalf of DHS, is seeking an experienced Contractor to provide all necessary construction services, supervision, permits, labor, supplies, equipment, and materials, to furnish and install new standby generators and associated equipment and materials at various locations as called for in the Scope of Work (SOW) and the Drawings and Specifications. The facilities where the generators are to be installed are used by the District of Columbia to provide temporary housing for homeless individuals. The new installations will eliminate the need for clients from moving out of the facilities in the event of an interruption in the power supply. The Contractor shall provide all construction services in accordance with the Scope of Work and the Drawings and Specifications.
