The Department of General Services ("Department" or "DGS") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to engage five (5) Contractors to provide snow and ice removal services, as well as surface pretreatment services for District of Columbia public facilities, including DC Public Schools, Municipal Buildings, Parks, and Recreation centers. The selected Contractor(s) shall to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, vehicles and labor necessary to perform the required services for a base year and four (4) additional option years. 

This is a Sheltered Market Procurement and only Certified Business Enterprises (CBEs) that are certified by the District's Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) at the time of submission are eligible to participate.
