The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”) Division of Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of the Department of Fire And Emergency Medical Services, collectively the “District”, seeks to engage a single qualified Contractor under Special Item Number (SINS) 9103900: Janitorial/Custodial Services, and 9586300: Janitorial Management Services to provide routine and related supplemental janitorial services for District owned and leased facilities utilized by Fire and Emergency Medical Service (FEMS). All services shall be conducted in accordance with the Scope of Work Section [C] of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the District of Columbia's Department of General Services Standard Contract Provisions (“SCP”) for Supplies and Service Contracts, January 2016 Exhibit E.1, and other associated Contract Exhibits and Solicitation Attachments listed in Section [J] of this RFP and the proposed Contract.
