The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) Division of Contracts and Procurement is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to engage a single qualified contractor (the “Contractor”) to provide comprehensive Property Management Services including facility Operations, Maintenance and Repair Services (“OM&R”) at Francis L. Cardozo Education Campus (the “Facility”) located at 1200 Clifton Street, N.W. Washington, DC 20009.
