Design-Build Services Shepherd Recreation Center and Shepherd Elementary School Cafeteria

The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS” or “Department”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to engage a design-builder (“Design-Builder”) to develop a design and construct the Shepherd Recreation Center and modify/renovate the Shepherd Elementary School Cafeteria (“Shepherd”), located at 7800 14th Street, NW, Washington, DC (the “Project”).
