The Department of General Services is issuing this Request for Proposals to engage a contractor to provide construction and construction related services to successfully complete the exterior restoration of the historic John A. Wilson Building (Wilson Building). The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to perform the required services as described in the Drawings and Specifications for the Wilson Building Exterior Restoration—Phase I, dated October 10, 2014.
