The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS”, “District” or “Department”), on behalf of the Department of Human Services (“DHS”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit the services of an architectural/engineering (“A/E”) firm to provide professional design services for upgrades at the Patricia Handy Building, located at 810 5th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001 (the “Project”).
