The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), Division of Contracts and Procurement, collectively the “District”, is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to two (2) licenses and Certified Small Business Enterprise (“SBE”) Security Agent Firms to provide Armed/Unarmed Security Guard Personnel Services Asset Classes A & B identified as follows: (A) Parks and Recreation and (B) Public Education (DOES and OSSE). All services shall be furnished to the Department in accordance with the Scope of Work Section [C] of this RFP, the District of Columbia's Department of General Services Standard Contract Provisions (“SCP”) for Supplies and Services Contracts, January 2016 Exhibit J.1, and other associated Exhibits in Section [J] of this RFP and the proposed Contract.
