Please join DGS in congratulating Angela Bradley, Service Center Representative with the Facility Division's Call Center at Penn Center, for going above and beyond her regular assignment and earning the designation of Employee of the Month for March 2015!

 

Angela is an outstanding employee who brings a high degree of energy, commitment, flexibility and professional conduct to the DGS Call Center. She has a positive attitude and always finds a way to get the job done. As the Service Center Representative for DGS, Angela provides critical support to agencies that rely on our services. Whether assisting District employees with work orders, routine emergencies, electrical and/or Pepco issues, plumbing concerns, carpentry issues, re-keying of doors, paint and drywall requests, trash removal and countless hours of snow detail, Angie gets it done!

 

Angela’s actions exhibit a strong commitment to core DGS principles. Our agency seeks to provide extraordinary customer service to the residents and visitors of the District, while supporting our employees’ innovative, creative, and proactive approaches towards completion of their regular responsibilities. Angela’s hard work and dedication demonstrates her willingness to enthusiastically go the extra mile for the people who depend on her. She is another wonderful example of the high quality and professional staff we have within DGS.
