Re-Use is planned for the existing, approximately 31,028 square feet of gross building area, Eastern Branch Boys and Girls Club which is located at 261 17th Street, SE Washington, DC 20003 (Ward 6). The re-development of the Eastern Branch building presents an extraordinary opportunity for a community cornerstone within an active community.

Site Tour #2: The Department of General Services will conduct a second and final site tour for (Respondents Only ie…Developers, Organizations + Partnership Teams etc..) of the Easter Branch Building on Tuesday, September 30th from 9 am to 4:30 pm. During this time each team will be allowed to obtain any additional building information. Please note the building will be closed between 12 pm to 1 pm. During that time frame we ask all teams exit the building and return at 1 pm. 

As a reminder appropriate attire and equipment such as flash lights, safety shoes, etc... will be required during the walk-thru.  A photo ID is also required.

Note: Each person will be required to present a completed Site Tour Waiver, Release and Indemnification Form upon arrival.  You will also be asked to sign-in. A copy of the Site Tour Waiver Form can be found in the RFP. It is also been posted separately for your convenience.

Developers, Organizations + Partnership Teams etc..) of the Eastern Branch Building on Wednesday, October 15th from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. During this time each team will be allowed to obtain any final building information. Please note, no further building site tours will be granted for this RFP.

As a reminder, this site tour is for Respondents only. Everyone will be required to wear appropriate attire and to bring equipment such as flashlight as needed during the tour. Each person will be required to present photo ID, completed Site Tour Waiver, Release and Indemnification Form and sign the sign-in sheet upon arrival.
