The Department of General Services (DGS) would like to introduce Katherine L. Jough, Senior Assistant General Counsel, as a new full-time employee in the Agency’s law department.

 

Katherine, or Kathy, has practiced commercial real estate law for about 17 years for law firms in St. Louis, Washington, D.C. and Chicago.  Kathy began working at DGS in January of 2015 as a contract attorney, and is excited to now be an employee of the District. 

 

Originally from Queens, New York, Kathy attended Vassar College and Washington and Lee University School of Law.  She is an avid dog lover and has two rescue dogs, Napa and Ginnie.
