Project Description:

This project supports the design and development of a new Upshur Recreation Center facility. This project may include an indoor gymnasium and a renovated pool. Currently the Upshur Recreation Center and Pool is a highly used facility. Modernizing this facility will expand capacity and recreational offerings to better meet the needs of the community.
