The District of Columbia ("District'') Department of General Services ("DGS" or "Department'') on behalf of the District of Columbia Public Schools ("DCPS'') is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP '') to engage a contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR" or "Contractor'')for the modernization of West Elementary School ("Project'').
