The District of Columbia’s Department of General Services (DGS) is seeking offers for land with improvements or land with development capacity that satisfy the following minimum criteria (See Exhibit 1 for a conceptual site plan:

• 2+ acres of land
• 9,500 to 10,000 SF of improvements
• 40 to 50 parking spaces
• CDL driving and maneuver testing area to accommodate up to a 18-wheel 75’ commercial vehicles

Responsive offers, among other things, should propose a space option that is located in a single location within the District of Columbia. The Department of Motor Vehicles’ Commercial Division Licensing and Road Testing (DMV) of the District of Columbia and the Department of Public Works (“DPW”), are the organizations designated to initially occupy the proposed property.
