The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), requires continued authority to issue Power Purchase Agreements (“PPAs”) competitively among existing Solar Basic Ordering Agreement (“BOA”) holders while the Department completes the development of the new Solar Request for Qualifications (“RFQuals”).

The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), has an immediate need to retain Spectrum Management LLC (the “Contractor”) to provide uninterrupted Consolidated Maintenance Services including full facility Operations, Maintenance & Repair Services (“OM&R”) at Office of Cable Television (the “Facility”), for a six (6) month period. Continuous coverage is required to maintain building safety, systems reliability, and day‑to‑day functionality during this short-term performance period.

The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), has an immediate need to retain MBB Affiliates LLC (the “Contractor”) to provide uninterrupted Consolidated Maintenance Services including full facility Operations, Maintenance & Repair Services (“OM&R”) at Excel Academy (the “Facility”), for a six (6) month period. Continuous coverage is required to maintain building safety, systems reliability, and day‑to‑day functionality during this short-term performance period.

The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), has an immediate and critical need to retain Spectrum Management LLC (the “Contractor”) to provide uninterrupted Consolidated Maintenance & Operations Services for the Marion S. Barry Jr. Building (the “Facility”). The services are required for a 12‑month period to ensure continued building functionality, life safety, tenant support, and operational continuity across all building systems.
