The District of Columbia, Department of General Services (DGS) is seeking a Contractor to provide janitorial  and related supplemental services for District owned and leased facilities begin utilized by the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) and Fire and Emergency Medical Service (FEMS).  The awarded Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, vehicles and labor necessary to successfully perform comprehensive janitorial and related supplemental services as required for a base period and up to four (4) one (1) year option periods.
