The District of Columbia (the "District), Department of General Services, (DGS) is seeking a Contractor to provide for janitorial and related supplemental services for District owned and leased facilities. The Contractor shall provide the management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to successfully and effectively provide janitorial and related supplemental services ensuring a clean, safe, and well maintained facility. It is the goal of this procurement to provide clean, comfortable facilities that promote a positive work environment, business service areas, and other areas that are not readily visible to the public.
