The District of Columbia Department of General Services (the "Department" or "DGS"), Contracts and Procurement Division, on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia ("MPD"), is issuing this Invitation for Bid ("IFB") to engage a contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete security upgrades at the Raymond and Parkview Rec Centers.
