The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), on behalf of the Office of the Secretary of the District of Columbia, is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to engage a contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (the “CMAR” or the “Contractor”) for Construction of a New DC Archives Building in the Van Ness Campus of the University of the District of Columbia (“UDC”) (the "Project") located at 4200 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20008.
