The Department of General Services (“DGS” or “Department”) is seeking a Contractor to provide all necessary construction services, supervision, permits, labor, supplies, equipment, and materials to perform capital improvements at the PATROL SERVICES NORTH, 801 SHEPHERD STREET NW, WASHINGTON DC, 20011.
The Department developed a detailed Scope of Work (“SOW”) and existing conditions drawings for each location, copies of which are attached hereto as Attachment H (“Drawings and Specifications”). The selected Contractor shall be required to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and professional services necessary to perform the work called for in the Drawings and Specifications, as well as any work that is not specifically identified in the SOW and drawings but which is reasonably inferable there from. The Department expects that the Contractor will deliver a turn-key Project.

Note: The Contract will be awarded immediately following the final presentation and feedback provided by the Judges Panel. Contractors are strongly encouraged to be present for feedback and contract award.
