The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("Department" or "DGS"), Contracts and Procurement Division, is issuing an lnvitation for Bid ('lFB") to engage a highly qualified contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the 2017 Presidential lnaugural Reviewing Stands as set forth in Section B, Scope of Work, and Attachment A, 2017 Presidential lnaugural Viewing Stands Drawings and Specifications.
