The Department of General Services ("Department" or "DGS "), on behalf of the Department of Human Services, is issuing this Invitation for Bids to engage a General Construction Contractor ("Contractor") to provide all necessary construction services, supervision, permits,labor, supplies, equipment, and materials to perform capital improvements at the Metropolitan Police Department's (MPD) 2nd District Headquarters.
