The Department of General Services (the "Department" or "DGS") seeks to engage one {1) Contractor who has the expertise and the capability to provide Consolidated Maintenance Services, including the management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided) to ensure effective performance of Operations, Maintenance and Repair {OM&R) services at the Department of Employment Services {DOES) located at 4058 Minnesota Avenue NE, Washington, DC 20019.

The Contractor shall provide Basic Services and Reimbursable Services that result in a clean, comfortable, and operable facility for the District's workforce and the public at all times. The Department reserves the right at any time (including after an award hereunder), to either add or remove line items and/or to increase or decrease the responsibility under an awarded contract.
