The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit design-build proposals (“Proposal(s)”) from offerors (“Offeror(s)”) interested to serve as the design-builder (“Design-Builder”) for the design and construction of the Walter Reed Pool and Pool House, located at 6900 Georgia Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20012 (the "Project"). The purpose of this RFP is to determine which Offeror will be awarded the Design-Build contract (“Agreement”, Design-Build Agreement” or “Contract”) for the Project.
