The District of Columbia (the “District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB” or “Solicitation”) to engage a highly qualified contractor (the “Contractor”) to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the upgrades and construction services for the existing shower and ventilation of the Youth Services Center (“YSC”) Shower and Ventilation Upgrades for the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (“DYRS”) (the “Project”) The Project is located at 1000 Mt. Olivet Road, NE Washington DC 20002.
