The Department of General Services (DGS) will hold a Community Meeting at Mann Elementary on Wednesday, November 14th at 6:00 PM. Our mission at DGS is to elevate the quality of life in the District and we look forward to working with the community to achieve that goal.
The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) has an immediate operational need for Total Civil Construction and Engineering, LLC (the “Contractor”) to provide specialized heavy‑equipment snow and ice removal services to ensure safe, passable conditions at District‑owned and operated facilities during winter weather events.
The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) has an immediate operational need for JJ Prime Services, LLC (the “Contractor”) to provide specialized heavy‑equipment snow and ice removal services to ensure safe, passable conditions at District‑owned and operated facilities during winter weather events. The Contractor must perform mechanical snow and ice plowing using front‑end loaders, skid steers, compact track loaders, and similar equipment to maintain parking lots, access roads, loading areas, drive lanes, sidewalks, pedestrian pathways, ramps, and other critical areas.
