Michelle Loggins is the Associate Director of the Office of Legislative Affairs of the Department of General Services (DGS). Ms. Loggins and her team are responsible for developing and coordinating legislative strategies and responses with client agencies and various government stakeholders.

Ms. Loggins joined DGS in 2023 after serving as the Director for the Committee on Hospital and Health Services and Interim Committee Director for the Committee on Health under former Mayor and Councilmember Vincent C. Gray . Prior to that, she served as the Deputy Committee Director for the Committee on Human Services under Councilmember Brianne Nadeau.

Ms. Loggins is from Detroit, Michigan and is a proud alum of University of Detroit Mercy where she received her B.S. in Finance and Wayne State University Law School where she earned her Juris Doctorate. She resides in Ward 4. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and creating animated props for holidays.
